Ajialouna is a leading non-profit organization guided by a distinguished board of directors and dedicated to uplifting underprivileged youth, women, and elderly populations across Lebanon. With over 30 years of on-the-ground experience, Ajialouna leverages its strong female leadership, nationwide presence, and a wide-reaching network of local volunteers and partners to create meaningful, lasting change.

Through its integrated approach, the organization tackles the most pressing challenges facing vulnerable Lebanese communities. Ajialouna ensures access to quality healthcare, promotes educational opportunities, combats hunger through food security programs, strengthens social resilience, and empowers women. Committed to fostering sustainable impact, Ajialouna actively promotes local, regional, and international cooperation, laying the foundation for a more resilient and hopeful future for generations to come.

Our Mission

Ajialouna is a dynamic nonprofit organization led by women and rooted in service since 1995. Our mission is to enhance lives and uplift underprivileged youth, orphans, women, and elderly populations across Lebanon. We provide free access to healthcare, ensure food security, expand educational opportunities, and lead women’s empowerment initiatives, addressing the most pressing challenges faced by vulnerable Lebanese and migrant communities.

In alignment with the United Nations 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, Ajialouna remains firmly committed to eradicating hunger, strengthening social resilience, and advancing gender equality. We actively foster local, regional, and international partnerships to build sustainable impact and long-term opportunities for future generations.

With offices in both Beirut and Tripoli, our outreach extends across the country, including underserved rural areas in North and South Lebanon, Akkar, and the Beqaa Valley.

In alignment with the UN 2030 agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, we have an ever-lasting commitment to no hunger by providing food security, increasing social resilience, and empowering women. We promote local, regional and international cooperation to achieve long lasting resilience and opportunities for future generations. With a presence in both Beirut and Tripoli, we reach throughout Lebanon, including rural areas in North and South Lebanon, Akkar, and Beqaa.

Our mission is to amplify our impact, reaching more beneficiaries across Lebanon, uniting and empowering communities for a better tomorrow. To achieve this, Ajialouna collaborates with various associations, institutions, and organizations, serving as a reliable bridge between donors and those in need. We believe it to be our responsibility to connect the more privileged entities with as many communities living under the poverty line in our country as possible.
